Attitude magazine at Selfridges – Club Tropicana party

In celebration of the arrival of summer, Selfridges and Attitude magazine hosted their sizzling summer fashion show last night, which featured a preview of this seasons must-have underwear and swimwear. Hot models from Select Men, including Peter Winkler and David Rosenberg strutted their stuff on the catwalk for an appreciative audience of Attitude readers. Fresh from Eurovision, Blue kicked off the evening with performances of some of their biggest hits.

The fashion show featured breathtakingly beautiful boys in the latest Aussiebum and Calvin creations. If you ever need incentive to get back to the gym, the photo below should do it.

There was also a nod to the Selfridges-wide Project Ocean campaign.

After the excitement of the catwalk, the models led the lucky guests through to a Tropical themed shopping area with loads of goodies on offer. Fellow blogger The London Whisperer was straight to the front of the queue to have her eyebrows threaded by the experts at Blink Brow Bar.

Spray tans were provided by Fake Bake, and I can confirm that while I looked like Christina Aguilera circa ‘Dirrty’ immediately afterwards, today I am honey hued and ready to hit the California beaches. Bare Escentuals were on hand to demonstrate how to master flawless skin with their fantastic mineral makeup range – My brother and I call it ‘loving the skin you’re in’. The lovely girls from Imdeen showed how the the right nutrients can make a real difference in achieving that perfect summer tan.

Drinks were summery creations, with lots of sweet and bitter combinations such as cranberry and grapefruit, and served with a high energy musical accompaniment.
