LDNISTA meets Attitude & the Food Doctor

In the latest issue of Attitude magazine (out now), I am given a diet makeover by Ian Marber AKA the Food Doctor.  He recommends that each meal I eat I ask ‘Where’s my protein?’ – so now I do! Thanks Food Doctor :)

It’s actually surprisingly obvious, that skinny guys such as myself should incorporate more lean protein into their diet, but this simple advice has eluded me so far.  I now eat eggs for breakfast, have a protein shake mid-morning, turkey for lunch and snack on nuts throughout the day.  Along with a sensible exercise programme, I will report back on my progress as it becomes more photogenic…
